« Beau mais sans âme »
Chambre très belle, la décoration et la finition est vraiment de très bonne qualité. Le personnel est très pro, bcp parlent anglais. Très bon brunch pour le matin, d'une grande qualité.
Les parties communes sont bcp trop grandes et impersonnelles, on dirait que l'on rentre dans le tombeau d'un pharaon : cela manque de chaleur, de végétation. Le restaurant est ouvert sur l'océan mais là aussi ca manque de végétation, de l'ambiance de bali (on se croirait dans un hôtel sans vraiment d'âme.

Elegant and comfortable almost heaven.
Everything is amazing, great room, amazing facilities, the staff was fantastic. The room was spacious, great finishes. Bed was comfortable, plenty of space. The outdoor sitting was stylish and comfortable. Loved the self lid lifting toilet and the beautiful bath.
Our room was not very sound proof, you could hear people walking past loudly talking at night and the neighbours drying their hair at night.

Nice design and well priced but will not go again
Spacious and gorgeous interior design Great breakfast / nice restaurant Great staff Complimentary minibar (a bit light in choice but still appreciated)
The room on the ground floor have a nice balcony but lack privacy, if you spend a lot of time in your room it’s a problem (when the vegetation will grow it will be less of a problem). Soundproofing is really bad, you can hear everything in the corridor and people walking on the upper floors. Gym equipment is cheap and doesn’t match with the level of the hotel. Beach sucks. Overall beautifully designed hotel that looks 5 stars but doesn’t FEEL 5 stars on every aspects but it’s really fairly priced for the beauty of the place.
